Refund & Returns Policy

1. Satisfaction Guarantee / Timeframe

  • You have 30 days from the date your order is marked as delivered to request a refund or return.

  • If you’re not completely satisfied for any reason, contact us within that 30-day window.

2. What You’ll Need

When requesting a refund or return, please provide:

  • Your order number or proof of purchase

  • Your name and contact information

  • A brief note on why the product didn’t meet your expectations

3. How to Request a Refund or Return

  1. Email us at hello@glucoprime.co with the info above (after delivery).

  2. We’ll review your request and respond.

  3. If approved, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method, typically within 3–5 business days.

Note: You generally do not need to return the item (even if partially used), unless we explicitly request it.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

  • If your order arrives damaged, or you received the wrong product, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery.

  • We’ll either send a replacement or issue a full refund (including shipping), whichever you prefer.

  • If needed, we will provide a prepaid return label for the incorrect/damaged item.

5. Exceptions & Final Sale Items

  • Sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be refunded or returned.

  • Any item clearly marked as non-returnable will not be eligible for a refund.
