You have 30 days from the date your order is marked as delivered to request a refund or return.
If you’re not completely satisfied for any reason, contact us within that 30-day window.
When requesting a refund or return, please provide:
Your order number or proof of purchase
Your name and contact information
A brief note on why the product didn’t meet your expectations
Email us at hello@glucoprime.co with the info above (after delivery).
We’ll review your request and respond.
If approved, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method, typically within 3–5 business days.
Note: You generally do not need to return the item (even if partially used), unless we explicitly request it.
If your order arrives damaged, or you received the wrong product, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery.
We’ll either send a replacement or issue a full refund (including shipping), whichever you prefer.
If needed, we will provide a prepaid return label for the incorrect/damaged item.
Sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be refunded or returned.
Any item clearly marked as non-returnable will not be eligible for a refund.
